We Are Electrical are based in Staines in Surrey and cover the Southeast, popular areas we find ourselves in are:
Staines, Egham, Ascot, Sunningdale, Windsor, Twickenham, Hampton, Richmond & surrounding areas.
Main base of clients is in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire & London.
We have recently completed a nationwide contract for MAN Truck and Bus over a two-year period, so if a customer is looking for us to travel nationwide, we can be flexible due to our network of engineers across the UK and Scotland.

ESTATE AGENTS & PROPERTY MANAGERS
Providing our full range of services to our customers
1. We work closely with some of Surrey’s and inner London’s biggest property management/estate agents, delivering EICR’s, remedial works and emergency callout services.
2. Landlord requirements within the private rental scheme (PRS) have recently changed and the requirement for an EICR on a property with a change of tenancy means we are able to assist landlords to ensure this is carried out efficiently, detailed and certified on the job on time ready for new tenant to move in.
COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS
We have a broad customer base within these sectors, managing and maintaining local business & warehouse units, to providing Solar PV/battery storage, general electrical upgrades, high bay lighting, condition reporting (EICR) & emergency light testing.
