ELECTRICAL INSPECTION, TESTING & ONLINE CERTIFICATION
As a NICEIC approved contractor, all our works upon completion is tested and certified online, taking all paperwork out the equation. Building control notifications accompany all our new works and alterations to your electrical installation. Electrical installation condition reports (EICR) can assess damage or deterioration to an existing installation allowing us to bring your installation up to the correct safety standard.
LANDLORD EICR CERTIFICATION
Landlords can find us on the PRS scheme giving them ultimate assurance that an EICR on their rental property highlights defects, deterioration and danger to the electrical systems which can directly affect their tenant’s. We undertake all remedial works post EICR on properties, with swift certification upon completion.
CONSUMER UNIT UPGRADES (FUSEBOX)
